As all work is made to order, it is made specifically for you once an order is placed. As a result, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@katyakinder.com 
 
If on the rare occasion an order is damaged during delivery with our delivery partners, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to contact@katyakinder.com
